Our story
The oldest real estate agency in Montijo
Predial Coimbra was founded in 1988 with a simple mission: to help people make real estate decisions with security, clarity and close support, at a time when there were no companies providing this service.
Having enjoyed great success throughout the 1990s and 2000s, we operated several branches in Montijo, Alcochete, Pinhal Novo, Barreiro and Moita, with dozens of real estate agents working with us across the region. We believe this area offers one of the best qualities of life in Portugal, thanks to its proximity to Lisbon — around 20 minutes by car, ferry or bus — while still being close to the countryside and its agricultural heritage.
In 2026, with the 3rd family generation entering the business, we began restructuring the company, combining 4 decades of experience in the real estate market with digital knowledge and a renewed entrepreneurial spirit.
